Cancellations

DESCRIPTION

• If cancelled by 12PM one week before the stay begins, your deposit can be used as a credit for a future stay.

• Credit must be used within 1 year of issue.

• No refunds will be issued for last minute cancellations.

• After 5 bookings, you will be eligible for 1 free cancellation a year no questions asked (max of 5 night stay)

• Refunds will not be issued if you choose to cancel during a stay. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis but will be at the sitter's discretion.

• If you are late more than once without proper notice, your booking may be canceled at sitters discretion.

• If you're pet(s) are not trained as described in the survey or their needs change, the booking may be canceled at sitter's discretion if your pets additional needs cannot be met. No refunds will be issued in these cases unless it is due to the sitter.
