PICK UP/DROP OFF POLICY

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WITHOUT NOTICE ON A REPEATED BASIS, AN ADDITIONAL FEE MAY BE IMPOSED OR SERVICES MAY BE CANCELED ALL TOGETHER FOR NO SHOWS.

PLEASE BE ON TIME AND COMMUNICATE ANY DELAYS OR CHANGE OF SCHEDULE.

NO PICKUPS/DROPOFFS WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT A SCHEDULED TIME.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS MAY INCUR A LAST-MINUTE FEE.

What to Bring

  • Food

  • Leash

  • Treats

  • Medicines (All medicine, supplements, topicals, etc must be specified in the survey or discussed in advance.

  • Pet Carrier (cats, exotic animals)

What NOT to Bring

  • Food bowls

  • Toys

  • Litter (I provide my own litter at a unit rate which will be included in your estimate)

  • Personal items such as beds, blankets, or anything of sentimental value.

WE HAVE ALL THE PET SUPPLIES NEEDED AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONAL ITEMS NOT SPECIFIED ON THE "WHAT TO BRING" LIST.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • I don’t allow owners into my home as a COVID precaution so we meet at the designated area indicated in the photo/map which will be sent.

  • Additional consultations (after initial meet and greet) with pet owners will incur a rate per 30min consultation, including in person visits, phone and video consults (subject to availability).

  • In the event, services cannot continue for any reason, the owner agrees to allow the sitter to board pet (s) at the facility specified in the provided information above or similar facility/petcare based on provider's best judgement. Owner is responsible for all boarding fees in the event the booking can't be completed due to no fault of the sitter(s), including but not limited to violations of the terms described here, change of conditions described above or if a sitter's safety and well-being is compromised.
