Payment

Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure dates and spot in my calendar.

• Remaining balance is due on the first day of the booking.

• If cancelled by 12PM one week before the stay begins, your deposit can be used as a credit for a future stay.

• After 5 bookings, you will become a regular client. At this point you will be eligible for 1 yearly free cancelation (no questions asked).

• No refunds will be issued for deposits if canceled last minute.

• Payment methods include: zelle, paypal, apple pay, cash, check, or money order.

• No dates will be reserved unless payment is received, and you receive an email confirmation.
